All félou orders are processed with care and shipped via tracked international courier to the UAE, the wider Gulf region, France, and the rest of the EU. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Due to high demand and the distances involved in international shipping, delivery can take between 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is processed. We know that can feel like a wait, and we appreciate your patience — every order is tracked, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it ships.
