Yes. félou ships to the United Arab Emirates and across the GCC, alongside France and the rest of the EU.
Where do you ship from, and how long will delivery take?
Orders are processed at our fulfilment centre and shipped via tracked international courier. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and delivery time depends on your destination and local customs handling — most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us right away at feloustore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help. After an order has shipped, it can still be returned for a full refund once received.
